About
Programme Overview
The Providing the Tools for Financial Wellbeing initiative builds on the Financial Resilience for Domestic Violence Support Services project, which ran in 2022-2023, which delivered an 8-part online financial literacy training programme for 36 DSGBV support staff across Ireland.
In-Person Engagement
The programme was redeveloped into a half-day, interactive, in-person workshop, allowing staff to interact directly with financial experts, collaborate on case studies, and receive real-time feedback. The updated programme included:
A Financial Wellbeing Toolkit for tailored survivor support
Interactive workshops to practice new skills
Presentations from banking professionals to understand financial systems
